Creating blinds using your own photos
To use an image from one of your own digital photos, you can upload your picture directly to a blind supplier's company.
As your blind will be much larger than a regular print, your photo should ideally be taken in at least 4 megapixels resolution.
Basically, the higher the resolution, the less "grainy" the blind will look close up. However, as long as your picture satisfies the recommended minimum resolution, you shouldn't worry too much.
Most blinds - including those with standard patterns - are designed to look best when viewed from a distance. The same principle applies with photo / picture blinds, as you can see from the examples we've shown here.
There are a couple of restrictions to keep in mind. Firstly, suppliers won't print rude pictures onto blinds, even if they're exclusively for your own bedroom! Nor will they print celebrity or other photos for which you don't have the appropriate copyright.
Photo blinds with business logos
If you have a business logo that you'd like to have printed on a blind, you can upload the image in exactly the same way as you'd upload a photograph. And if you'd prefer to have that blind facing out of the window or door instead of inwards, simply fit it the appropriate way around.
